On Feb. 28, 2013, Mr. Chen Xiaoxing (MD LFZDC), was invited by the Department of Trade and Industry of South Africa, as a guest speaker at the 1st seminar of South African Special Economic Zone in Johannesburg. His speech is titled “HOW TO DEVELOP THE SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE”. The seminar was graced by top management of organizations willing to invest in Special Economic Zone.
