The management of Lekki Free Zone on Thursday, 27th September, 2012 signed an Investment Agreement with The Candel FZE to build a Formulation Plant for the production and packaging of herbicides.

The Candel FZE is an Agro-Chemical Company that specializes in the formulation of herbicides. The company shall invest a total sum of $2 million (Two Million dollars) in the Lekki Free Zone and provide job opportunities to about 100 people in the state.
