It is worthy of note to inform our esteemed existing and prospective investors that there was a recent change in the Management of the Lekki Free Zone Development Company due to the restructuring from the Shareholders. In July 2019, The Lagos State Government has announced the appointment of Mr. Adegboyega Balogun as the new Deputy Managing Director.

Mr. Balogun was the General Manager, Legal Department from February 2008 till January 2010 when he was appointed as the first Administrative Controller. He thereafter, resigned after 4 years of meritorious service to the Company, to pursue his private Legal consultancy career until his appointment as the Deputy Managing Director.

In the same vein, also announced is the appointment of Mrs. Folasade Adebayo as the new Administrative Controller, effective August 1^st, 2019.
