China-Africa Lekki Investment Limited
( “CALI”, previously named as CCECC-Beyond International Investment & Development Co.,Ltd) is the Joint Venture registered in Beijing in March 2006 with the authorized capital of RMB 200 million among four Chinese shareholders, viz., China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, China-Africa Development Fund and Nanjing Jiangning Economic & Technological Development Corporation.
The Lekki Free Trade Zone project in Lagos, Nigeria with CALI as the majority shareholder and investor has been approved as the “Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone” by the Ministry of Commerce of China in 2007.
