Bell Oil and Gas FZE is an Indigenous Oil and Gas services company registered as a free zone enterprise within the Lekki Free Zone south west quadrant on Thursday 24^th September 2020 held a ground breaking ceremony to mark the commencement of the construction of their $10M Pipe Threading and Valve Assembly Factory.

The Integrated Facility would provide a range of piping and tubular services for the Oil and Gas Industry. It would also have a Valve assembling plant, maintenance workshop, testing plant, a composite fabrication facility and also serve as an ultra-modern fabrication yard in general.

Upon completion, the project is expected to create capacity for empowerment of Nigerians through technical training leading to Job creation

In attendance at the event were the Mr. Huang Xigong (Managing Director  LFZDC), Mr. Emmanuel Adegboyega Balogun (Deputy Managing Director LFZDC), and Representatives of the various Government Agencies in the Zone

The MD Bell oil and Gas Mr. Kayode Thomas as well as DMD Mr. Ayo Aderibigbe introduced officials of Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) who were also in attendance and expressed delight with the Project.
