Zhang Tengfei, is an experienced engineering leader specializing in project execution, technical governance, and quality assurance. He holds a master’s degree in Traffic Information Engineering and Control from Beijing Jiaotong University.

During his career at CCECC, Zhang contributed to high-profile projects, including the Abuja Rail Mass Transit Project and the New Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Project. His ability to navigate complex engineering challenges while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards has established his reputation for excellence.

As LFZDC’s Engineering Controller, Zhang oversees all engineering activities as well as the activities of the LFZDC Public Utility Service Department (PUSD), ensuring alignment with strict quality, safety, and strategic objectives. His work is key to driving innovation and operational excellence within the Lekki Free Zone.
