On March 19, 2013, Ms. Shen Zilin, secretary of the board of China Dreal Group, visited LFZ to enquire  on marketing of real estate in Nigeria.

Mr. Chen Xiaoxing, MD of LFZDC, met with the delegate and introduced the development of LFZ, including the overall planning and industrial system, as well as the development planning of real estate in LFZ in particular.

Ms. Shen Zilin stated that she would pay continuous attention to the development LFZ and report back to the management of China Dreal Group  to invest in LFZ .
